Construction Project Management

Inspired by the “Build it yourself” platforms, Style Home Makeovers now offers fee-based project management for those clients whom are further along in their project needs. The advantage of our Project Management program is that each suppler, trade and craftsman as well as our buying power, building expertise and material selections is at your disposal for a successful project. Our Project Management team will assist you in creating a budget and schedule, loan documents, insurance, preform onsite supervision and design services. Design and Decorative Services

Style Home Makeovers has partnered with Manufactures and Wholesalers to allow each customer to discover their style at one of our various design center locations through-out the DFW metroplex. Our show rooms provide a “one-stop-shop” for all of your cabinet, flooring, lighting, hardware, plumbing, counter top and window selection options. Each client will receive up to 4 hours with their builder and a designer in the showrooms at no charge. The finishing touches are so important to complete the perfect home building experience.

Land Development

Our Development Project Manager started in the real estate business in 1972 in the single family division of one of the largest real estate companies in Dallas at the time. His first project was managing single family developments where he coordinated with the civil engineer of record and the subcontractors for the project to develop the lots. He was also in charge of marketing the lots to area builders. During this time he was responsible for the development of over 750 single family lots in Dallas and Plano.
